Trial, Crucifixion, Death, and Burial on Good Friday
Scripture Reading: John 18:28 - 19:37

Worthy Devotional
Oh beautiful Jesus we love you SO much! You could have died in a less painful way but instead you chose a painful, suffering lengthy death! They could have just tied your hands to the Cross but instead they drove nails into your hands. These are the hands that you performed miracles and healings with. Even after you were raised from the dead you kept those nail scarred hands so that we would never forget the love you poured out on the Cross. As they drove spikes into your precious feet, I'm reminded of the beautiful moment when a sinful woman anointed them with costly perfume. With an alabaster jar, she poured her love over your feet, kissing them and wiping away her tears with her own hair (Luke 7:38). This was love personally directed to you! She didn’t want what you had to give, she wanted you precious Jesus!
Worthy Prayer
Dear Jesus, thank you for your precious blood that was poured out! I pray that today our hearts meet your heart! I pray that our softened hearts minister directly to you rather than getting entangled in others or distractions! Jesus we love you! Thank you for loving us! Thank you for the Cross! Thank you for your precious blood! In Jesus Name I pray Amen!
Make the Shift
Today, shift your prayers to be about praising Jesus for His love and who He is, rather than what you seek from Him. May your heart be filled with gratitude and awe for His greatness and unconditional love.

“The true bride says to Christ: “I do not want what you have to give, It is you I want, You are not more dear to me when I am doing well, nor less dear when I am doing poorly.” Martin Luther
Encouragement From Your Kingdom Sister Jessica
I encourage you today to just simply fall in love with Jesus! Jesus is true love! Nobody will ever love you like Jesus! He will never leave you! He sees you! You are SO precious to Him! He bled and died for YOU! Love Him back with your whole being!
