Now That You’ve Surrendered, It’s Time to SHIFT!
Imagine this: you’ve just surrendered at the base of the mountain. Now, you take Jesus’ hand and step up the mountain with Him. Your shift is unique—it’s designed just for you. You are valuable to God, and His plan is specific to you and the situation you just placed in His hands. He knows the path, the tools, and even the people you’ll need to meet along the way. This is the moment of trust!
Since everyone’s journey is different, I can’t tell you how long your climb will take—only God knows. But with every step, you’ll see how far He’s brought you.

What You Need for the Shift!
The only thing you physically need for this shift is your Bible. Yes, you have Jesus by your side, but the Word is where He will confirm things to you, speak to your heart, and guide your steps. Your Bible is your instruction manual, your roadmap, and your weapon against lies.
On this journey, there may be moments when darkness creeps in. The enemy might whisper lies that contradict God’s truth. That’s why you need the Word to light your path:
“Your Word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path” (Psalm 119:105 NLT).
You’ll also need it to speak truth back to the enemy: “Umm, no! The Bible says this, so you’re wrong.”
The Word builds your Kingdom Confidence! It reminds you of who you are and Whose you are. You are God’s child, His royal heir. You have Kingdom authority and royal blood flowing through your veins. Walk in that confidence! Hold your head high, fix your crown, and stride boldly through life, declaring God’s promises—even if you don’t feel it yet. Keep speaking His Word, and one day, that confidence will bloom like a beautiful flower planted in your heart.

It’s Okay if the Shift Gets Messy!
As you climb, you may find there’s more to surrender—and that’s okay. Trust God with each step. If you don’t quit, you will make it to the top. It’s also okay to pull over and take a break.
Picture this: as you pause, a cozy little café—The Worthy Café—appears just when you need it. Grab a warm drink, rest, and surround yourself with encouraging friends. These friends might be new, placed in your life by God at the perfect time. Their words will refresh your spirit, giving you the courage to keep climbing. Just remember, rest is necessary, but don’t stay too long. You’ve got a worthy mountaintop to reach!

Fueling Your Shift with Fitness and Nutrition!
This mountain climb isn’t just spiritual—it’s a Kingdom thing, encompassing your whole self: spirit, mind, and body. Taking care of your body is vital for this journey. Just like God provides spiritual nourishment through His Word, He also provides physical nourishment. Eating well, staying active, and developing endurance are part of honoring your temple and staying strong for the climb.
Imagine this: you’re hiking up a mountain, and God has planted everything you need along the way to strengthen and sustain you. When you eat foods that nourish your body, you feel clearer and more focused, better able to discern His leading. Staying active builds the endurance you need to keep going when the path gets steep.
Taking care of your health isn’t just practical—it’s an act of worship.
As 1 Corinthians 10:31 (NLT) reminds us: “So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
Always Shifting to Jesus
Through it all, you’re continually shifting to Jesus—letting Him shape your heart, renew your mind, and guide your steps. The climb may be challenging, but it’s also transformative. Keep your eyes on Jesus, trust the Holy Spirit, and embrace the journey.
The mountaintop is worth it! And so are you, Kingdom friend!

Hey Kingdom Friend,
This is the part where things get real—the part where you step out of your comfort zone and into the shift. It might feel like you’re staring up at a massive mountain, wondering how in the world you’re going to climb it. But hear me when I say—it’s so worth it.
You are not alone. Jesus is with you every single step of the way. This is your time to lock in, fix your eyes on Him, and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. I know this season might feel heavy—you might be grieving what you're leaving behind or wrestling with all the emotions that come with change. But trust me, what’s ahead is greater. Jesus is about to teach you new things and light up an even brighter path as you climb.
Don’t look back—just keep moving forward. Stay in your Bible; let it transform you day by day. And if it gets hard, give yourself grace. When you need a boost, step into the Worthy Café—a space where you can get the godly encouragement you need to keep going.
Make sure you’re fueling your body along the way, too, so you can hear God’s voice more clearly. And remember—this climb isn’t just about reaching the top; it’s about who you become on the way up.
I believe in you! Keep going. Don’t look back. Walk—run even!—up that mountain with Kingdom confidence. And if you need prayer for your shift, please reach out.
I’m cheering you on! Enjoy the shift, and remember—there’s a Worthy Mountain Top with your name on it!
With love & encouragement,
Jessica 💛
