Rockin Around The Christmas Tree

Merry Christmas Eve & Happy BLOGmas day 12! Oh WOW, I'm sad today is the last day of BLOGmas! I have had SO much fun writing blogs! I hope they have left you feeling uplifted & empowered!

In today's blog, we are going to rock around the Christmas tree with a homemade Peppermint Mocha Latte (recipe below.)

Homemade Peppermint Mocha Latte!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.

1/2 tsp. raw honey.

1/4 tsp. pure peppermint extract.

1 cup brewed black coffee or 1 shot espresso.

Instructions:

1. Bring milk, cocoa powder, and honey to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

2. Remove from heat; mix with a whisk.

3. Pour black coffee or espresso shot into a cute Christmas mug.

4. ENJOY!
   

Beautiful girl, enjoy this latte & your loved ones this Christmas. After all the festivities, go for a nice walk & get your body moving! If it's snowing outside, do 10 jumping jacks & 10 burpees inside! ha ha ;) just make sure you do something to move your body today!
